Worst place in the area to sell anything! Their junk is golden while you're gold is junk! Not to mention they only do instore credit.

Solid selection of clubs and apparel with hit or miss service. I have had good experiences with the staff here, but my son took 10 clubs in to get re-gripped. The price for the grip was $1.50 more at the store versus the online price and when my son asked if the local store would match the price, the salesperson mocked him by asking if he couldn’t afford the $1.50 more and if $7 would break him.I did ask my son if he was joking around, but the salesperson actually had my son show him the price online versus looking it up himself.Needless to say, unbelievably poor service. Would give it a 1 star if not for their selection of clubs and apparel.

Had the fortunate experience to interact with Galaxy employee Judson Wabshaw about regripping. Judson accommodated my questions with patience and incredible knowledge. I was stunned and honored with his insightfulness. Thank you Judson!!!!

Decent place for regripping clubs, but would avoid for other club work. They don't save data from previous services performed under your account. Swapped a shaft on an iron with golf galaxy, to then find that the notes for service were inaccurate, length was listed as standard, rather than same playing length as the shaft being replaced. I got this corrected before they cut the shaft incorrectly. I picked up the iron after service to find that golf galaxy had installed a different style ferrule on the iron. When asked why it's different, I received the response that it was easier. I regret paying for the privilege to make the task easier for the club builder, rather than the builder seeking to achieve the same appearance and quality of installation as the original shaft (with same style ferrule, fitting flush with the hosel).

Has simulator’s, has a repair shop/ ability to modify club length/ re grip clubs etc shoes and clothing. Good selection of various clubs.

I went to get a club re gripped and the service was nice an quick. The cost is also reasonable as it's $4 for every club + the cost of the grips. They will cut the old grips off, unless you ask.

I was in Golf Galaxy recently and had an issue with a club i had a worked on and the store manager without hesitation took care of my problem ,I love shopping here and having my clubs maintained and worked on here ,great staff ,outstanding mgr, You wont find better service anywhere else ! Thank You!

Only place where you can find a good selection of golf gloves for a lefty. Also a gentleman gave my 1 year old daughter a neon golf ball to play with-- very thoughtful.

We came in looking for golf balls as a present for family. We don't golf and wanted to buy something affordable without cheaping out. Dustin was awesome and listened to what we were looking for. He knew the perfect product and saved us about $20 from what we would have bought. He also showed us around the store and taught us about their fitting service for clubs. Overall walked in stressed about buying golf balls and left wanting to play golf. Thanks, Dustin.

Visited twice in two weeks. Not one employee addressed us either time. Lingered for 25 minutes the first time and 15 the second time. We asked an employee a question the second time and could barely get two words from him. We will take our business elsewhere.
