Ayla & Haley were the best in the kids club. My daughter’s loved going when they were here. I know they were well taken care of with them. Ever since Ayla and Haley left, my girls dislike going. I am never greeted when we arrive. Will be looking to cancelling soon.

I have been working with Jeffrey Burris and am a little past the half way point in my training. I am very pleased with the results and the inches I have lost so far. All I can say is he is amazing and great to work with! Thank you Jeffrey!

I love the gym and all the equipment that they have but there is a problem with broken machines. The double cable machine has been broken for 3+ weeks and a seperate cable and leg extensions have been broken for over a week with no sign of repair.

Genesis Health club was a great asset for us getting ready for the Muay Thai Expo, both in 2023 and in 2024.
We had to cut weight for our fights, and their service was welcoming, and appreciated.
Their facilities are modern, with great conveniences such as towels, food and drink counter and many areas for a workout, including a hot tub in the men's room.
We plan on coming back every year for their fantastic services.

I wish I could of gave this gym a chance. I walked in the morning last week to sign up for a membership and the manager (female) I think her name starts with an A was arguing with a guest screaming at her and what looked like her boyfriend I over heard the conversation about a missed or late payment and she revoked the young lady's membership due to her partner. Never in the conversation was mentioned that if he was to make a payment right then and their they could continue their workout. Due to the way this couple was treated I walked out because Cleary they don't care about their guest.

Everything always seems to be broken, along with aging infrastructure and disappointing machines. Decent budget gym tho if that’s what you’re looking for.

Great gym! Signed up recently and it has everything anyone needs with great equipment and classes for everyone. Open early and late. Staff is super helpful and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better gym!

Jeff Burris has been my trainer at the Genesis Mills Civic location for several months. I appreciate his professionalism and keeping to the task of training while working with him. I explained my situation of wanting to gain weight and muscle and he created workouts focused on my needs. He explains what muscle groups are being activated as we are working on the exercises and how technique and form are important for the right results, correcting me when necessary. He also has workouts that challenge me to reach new levels vs staying stuck on a plateau. Jeff has given me eating tips, things to do and try on the days I can't be in the gym, or weekends when I travel. We did measurements when I started and a couple times since, and I've improved in all the categories. It is a process, and I still have more work to do to reach my ultimate goals, and with Jeff's help, I am off to a great start. Thank you Jeff!
