Needed some rough cuts done on a piece of plywood. I've been used to being disappointed by my service but not this time. Walter, absolutely knocked it out of the park. Was precise and helpful. Could not recommend this Home Depot enough.

Terrible customer service. Rude and not helpful. I told you I looked in the isle it would be so instead of "go try looking again" I'll just shop at Lowe's. Thanks for never getting my business again.

I ordered a new washing machine from Home Depot after Best Buy failed to deliver the one I'd ordered from them... twice. The night before the scheduled delivery day I was given a four hour window for when the washing machine would show up, and amazingly the guys showed up one hour in to the delivery window. Per my order they set up the new machine and took the old one away. So far the new machine is working great and the guys were fine to work with. The fact that they showed up when I was told they would and they did what I had paid for was a huge step up from their competition.

Worst Home Depot to go to. Customer service ladies should all be jobless for they are snotty and worthless. Absolutely worst Home Depot in the metro area and the GM clearly doesn't give a rip about his job

Did you know Home Depot has gone to a 90 day return policy. Just finished up a project and had a couple items left took them back but it had been 100 days no refund no credit my tough luck.

Don't bother going to this location unless you don't need staff help at all. After the 1st employee left me wait 15 minutes looking for an item, I found them helping another customer. Spoke to the manager, she says the department supervisor will meet me there, 10 minutes later he shows finally and looks around for 3 minutes to tell me the don't have any of the 7 of the item their application/Website and store computers say they have in stock. Proceeds to tell me I should just order it online.... A lot of good that does my business when I needed it that day. Disgraceful customer service and organization.

Home depot has the worst customer service ever - spent 2,200.00 on an item / parts not included / back ordered for over 1 month now - I understand why people steal from them - they steal from you!!!

I spend alot in this store. just wasted 45 mins because 2 associates told me I needed to have a appliance person grab a microwave and then was told they couldn't sell it to me. it sounds petty, but that's how I'd sum up their service. it's gone to hell in the last year. headed to lowes to open a pro account there instead.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had trying to pay $160 to have my dishwasher installed, DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE FOR INSTALLATION!!! You’ll be sorry & extremely disappointed!

If you want an Apliance installed it will be the worst installation of your entire life, if you can get them to do it...pathetic! Supervisors won't back you, managers won't back you, they will just repeat their policies (that they won't follow) to you & deny services that you've already paid for, mark my words stay far far away from these people!

Customer service is very poor at this location. This is the second time I’ve been here and the employees all act like they are better then a customer looking to spend money in the store. I was trying to purchase items and the head cashier at the time Christina is very rude and argumentative. She was extremely full of herself and thought because she had a title of some sort she could be very unprofessional. I was being helped by a nice kid in the self checkout and she kept coming over and barking at him. She was less than helpful. I asked for a manager and one never showed up. The item I tried to purchase anyway didn’t ring out right. I went back into the customer service because the advertised price was 229 and it rang out 298 and was told the online prices aren’t the same as in store prices. Since this is the biggest load of crap I’ve ever heard I returned it and purchased from another store.

Kiara in customer service went the extra mile with us to clean up a mistake made at the Ankeny store. Thanks to Kiara and if you need to talk to the manager at Ankeny for any reason, just save yourself the heartburn and walk out. He could use a little attitude adjustment.
