Very happy with our floor. Our installer, Cliff Whitsett, did a great job of installing our hardwood floor. He cared for our house like it was his. Great job of cleaning up after the job was done. Cliff and his managers, Chris and Landon were true professionals. Whenever an issue arose they were so helpful in resolving it.

Absolutely amazing deal on very high quality flooring. The gentlemen that helped us were great and the buying experience was excellent. We will be changing floors throughout the rest of the house and will definately be using them to get the flooring.

Never again will I buy from this place!It took over 2.5 months to receive my stair edging order (1piece)Ordered Feb. 3rd 2024 in store…Picked up April 18th 2024..Customer Service was terrible, no help whatsoever…Gave me the runaround.. Another Floor & Decor store (Omaha) had the piece I needed..First they said my order couldn’t be canceled over the phone I needed to go in person to West Des Moines store to cancel if I wanted to order the piece from OmahaCouple weeks later I called back (after already waiting 1.5 month) this time they said they could cancel my order and get it from Omaha but it would take 2-3 weeksI asked to speak with a customer service mgrHe told me I could get the piece mailed to my home from Omaha but I needed to pay a shipping fee $20+..why would I pay $20+ fee for shipping to my home when the piece cost $39No accommodation offeredNeedless to say I waited..Unfortunately I couldn’t find the stair edging anywhere else

Jon, the wood department manager saw we were looking for some paneling that unfortunately was discontinued, however, the display piece was the perfect size that we needed. Jon went out of his way to climb up a ladder and grab the display piece and gave it to us for free. 10/10 customer service, thanks again Jon, we will be coming back.

We’re redoing our master bath and need shower tile, floor tile, and accent wall tile. We spent a lot of time planning and had a good idea of what we wanted. We scheduled a design appointment with Stacy and were not disappointed.Stacy spent a good amount of time listening to our vision, looking over inspiration pictures, and then walking through the entire store picking and choosing different materials to see how they worked together.Stacy has a very good eye for design and was able to steer us in the right direction where we left excited about every decision we made. She seemed to genuinely care about our project and wanted to be sure we loved our selections.I would give Stacy 10 stars if I could - she went above and beyond.
