I am going to update this to let all know that the products are great, no problem. I will also say that Firestone support was/is extremely professional, prompt, and very understanding.Very, very poor service. I took an hour of work to come to an appointment that I made with a human on the other end, and when I show up, they have no idea who I am. How sad. I wasn't even on their schedule so that they could have called me to reschedule. Go somewhere else, it will save you wasted time!

Very Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. Easy to get to from home. Efficient, Knowledgeable automotive mechanics. Was a Pleasure doing business with them, will definitely be a return customer when the time arises for both regular maintenance and unexpected maintenance.

I had an 8am appointment set days in advance on Sunday for a simple tire rebalance apparently the guy called me at 5pm the night before and left a voicemail saying someone wasn’t going to be in till 10 am which I never received the voicemail or anything which he got smart about that and ran his mouth and the whole situation doesn’t make any sense you can’t tell me you don’t have anyone there that doesn’t know how to balance a tire in a tire shop. I wouldn’t trust these guys to check my oil they are absolute trash of mechanics. I will never go to a Firestone again stay away from here!

Another horrible Firestone Store......seems like this is company wide problem. Manager was rude, not helpful and really needs to moved to a position that has no customer interaction.Made an appointment for our vehicle, showed up and they claimed no appointment was made. After looking at the vehicle. They were less than helpful (typical for Firestone) on resolving our vehicles issues. I suggest using Costco for tires, they now offer free install and free mounting and they are less than a mile from this poor performing location.Do yourself a favor and avoid Firestone, the brand has declined and they aren't hiring the right people to change or improve the culture. You have been warned......UPDATE: Firestone customer service, it's time to stop canned replies to these complaints and actually address the systemic issues at your retail locations.

Wont be going back after my first experience at this location. The original work was done, and it was the byproduct of the work after driving off the location that went bad that I had to end up taking to a different auto shop to easily fix on the fly within one hour. That other local shop did a quick no charge service and simply asked for future business for my vehicle. I said you have it. Just be careful folks.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I had a leak in my tire and was told it could be fixed with a patch. I was called about an hour later and was told they couldn’t patch my tire because it had a patch previously. That’s fine except for the fact that they said they had to change all 4 of my tires and they couldn’t change the one because my car has 4 wheel drive? The appointment was under my boyfriend’s name and the guy who called us was shocked that a man picked up, guess he was expecting to rip off a woman. They ended up replacing my tire with the spare that I had and did not call us at all to let us know the tire was fixed? I had to go in myself to pick up my car. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

I had a nail in one of my tires and I was able to easily make an appointment online for the same day. They finished the job quickly and didn’t try to push anything extra on me. The price was also very reasonable. The staff was friendly and prompt.Service: Tires

First bad trip: The mechanic tried to sale me a much more expensive oil change than my old Ford Focus needed. Then they locked the key of my Focus in the car & had to call a specialist to open the car.Second bad trip: The hydraulic system (that moves the car high enough to inspect it) was not working and they couldn't do the maintenance I needed.

Awful experience, made an appointment for 2:00 on their website. Once to got there, the employee told me it would be two hours to have a tire patched. I told him I had an appointment, he told me that the website was useless and he didn't care if I had an appointment. He told me that he didn't care if I wanted to leave and that he didn't care about what the website said. The employee made sure to understand that I was a nuisance to him and he wasn't appreciative of any business. As a side note, when I got there the employee was talking to another customer on a speaker phone, so I could hear the entire call. Just as an FYI, if you do business with them, do not expect any privacy as you are probably on speaker phone with everyone in the store listening to your conversation. I wouldn't recommend, there are plenty of other tire places that would appreciate your business and treat you better.
