This place needs new staff immediately very dirty store shoes everywhere staff arguing very unprofessional. Received shoes with two different sizes. Had to come back in return don’t recommend this place or store.

Employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. Untrained and only interested in collecting a paycheck instead of doing the job to get said paycheck. Went there tonight and was met with the nastiest attitudes. Absolutely zero work ethic. You would be wise to find new employees before they push more good paying customers out the door. Disgraceful and Disgusting. I will never return and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to not give this location a second thought.

do not recommend this place at all. wish i could give 0 stars. i had called asking if they had a shoe in stock. she kept interrupting me telling me they did. then i get there and it takes 30 minutes for someone to help me. then i wait another 15 minutes while they stand around on their phones. then the manager comes up to me with attitude saying they don’t have it. completely wasted my time and i will never be going back.

First of all the staff were all rude, we went to go buy some jordans and this racist white lady said she was off the clock then she proceeded to help another white person when we asked to get another size pair, and we also waited around an hour to get a pair and no one helped us, the front desk said to wait for someone else because she apparently "paged" someone to get them and nothing and no one came. Over all never come to get shoes at jordan creek mall finish line.

I'm sure this store could make some money if they actually hired people that could work.Waited 5 minutes for the employees to get done talking about their schedules. Asked for a different size of shoe, he acted like he understood but must not have because I waited, waited some more, waited even longer never got my shoes. Asked twice to that employee and once to a different employee. $200.00 sale lost because your employees are not properly trained to work the job they have been hired to do.

I been here twice this month and had the same experience and have to speak up finally so that whoever owns the place knows what’s happening in their business. The girls that work there literally dont work. They are always facetiming someone and talking on the phone even when I tried to ask for help. I asked this girl the same shoe size 3 times and she kept talking to someone on the phone and then she gave me a second of attention to tell me they probably dont have it. Second time i went there i had my bf ask for help instead and again they were facetiming someone and the girl finally asked another guy worker there to help my bf instead cuz she was too busy flirting w someone on the phone. I have never experienced stuff like this. You are paying employees for ignoring customers and facetiming in the work hours. Its insane. I feel bad for whoever owns the business and doesn’t know what happening

Easily the worst experience I've had buying shoes. I was trying to buy shoes for over 20 minutes. No one came up to me. I had to go stand in line, wait 5 minutes, then ask who actually works here. Multiple times I looked over only to see multiple workers just talking behind the counter.. unreal what I went through today. Should be -5 stars and maybe the worst experience at any store in my life. One guy did nothing the entire time I was in the store for over 30 minutes. Took multiple rounds to get my shoes tried on and then get were out of the ones I really wanted. All the people working should be fired. The people checking out were also horrible. The only reason I stayed was because I had gift cards and had to buy there.

Initially came here to find shoes for my son as finish line had more options than other places in the mall and we struck out at other places. We won’t step foot in here again! Couldn’t get help. I’m not sure if the people working here truly understand what the word “work” means. Waited quite awhile for someone to wait on us, once someone did they went to someone else…which that person was politely enough to point that person to us bc we were waiting longer. Then gave us one shoe and walked away. Um for a 9yr old, we need both. She said she won’t, and walked away. So if they don’t fit? Are we going to have to wait another 15 minutes to get a different size? Hard pass. It’s called customer service…CUSTOMER SERVICE…not mess around on your phone and ignore people. Will NEVER come again. No one should ever bother even walking in here!

I was going to write a horrible review and go on and on about the customer service. No need to now, as every single review is the same thing over and over again. Wow, I have never seen so many bad reviews for the same exact thing. Sad times that nothing gets fixed.

Waited for over 40 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and that only after my daughter went up and asked if anyone was working on the sales floor. The lady that was working purposely ignored us and helped two other people that had only been waiting a few minutes. Probably could make a lot of money at this location if you had someone that sold shoes.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The younger black girl "working" there took issue with us wanting a shoe a half a size bigger then what we thought we needed. She stood across the room with an attitude and told us to bring her the shoe cause she wasn't going to come get. I'm sorry but take your lazy a** home if you're too lazy to do your job.

The store was scheduled to open at 11:00 bit it wasn't and the employee peeped out the back room and went back in when he saw he had customers waiting

Terrible Terrible customer service!!!false advertising they have the wrong tags and charge differently at register and still gave me attitude can't even honor their mistake acting like it's my job to know the. right prices. Please train your employees better no wonder i barely see people in this store.
