Sort of looked like a store that wanted to be more but couldn't afford to be. The retail associates were somewhat unprofessional; as a delivery driver when I arrived, they didn't know what i was picking up. They were nice , to an extent, but a little condescending and from my experience, retailers who are snotty with a mid-end, George (Walmart brand) product, won't make it very long in the highly competitive quasi, wannabe UA athletic industry. The prices are pretty high too. I would predict this one will be done by the end of next year. It's just not unique...enough.

They expect you to purchase a membership and pay a monthly fee for the ability to purchase their clothes. Are they crazy? How does this store stay open? Nope, not getting my money.

This store is ridiculous. You have to search through each piece of clothing to find a size. Nothing is easy to find and when asking about it to an employee, she was rude with her answer. Never coming here again.

Tried to do a return as an item does not fit…and all they will do is store credit even though I have receipts. Absolutely Will not be shopping here again. A consumer should be told this prior to a purchase!!!

Super nice store, with very friendly and helpful staff. This was my first experience with their products, I’m not overly impressed with the fit, but the material is very nice. I’m not going with the membership as I think $50 a month is too expensive.

Staff are friendly and helpful. But wow, returning anything is a pain. Doesn't help they're using an iphone 6 or something to do everything. Spent 40 minutes to exchange 2 items. Completely regret going in store and wish I had done all of this online instead because the in-store experience is awful. No way this physical location will last.

My wife made a one-time purchase on the Fabletics website. It enrolled her for a monthly subscription that debited our account initially $54 per month then three months later increased to $59 monthly. She had no idea that she was signing up to buy merchandise monthly. This is a SCAM. A complete Rip Off. They reimbursed the wrong amount back to our CC and sent us a check. Be aware this is a FRAUD ALERT to anyone not reading fine lines. Caveat Emptor.

DONT USE YOUR BANK CARD BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS! Even after I had called 6 times and CANCELLED THIS OVER A YEAR AGO THEY STILL PULLED MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND ITS AN ACCOUNT THAT THEY WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE!!!!!!!I’m contacting the Attorney General because of their sneaky business practices and I know that I’m not the only person that they have done this to. This is disgusting that a company needs to screw over their customers for money.Be careful if you sign up with them, don’t use any card that you have linked to your bank or debit account because you will play HELL getting rid of them and they will promise you a refund and NEVER RETURN IT!BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!?
