Works pretty well when it’s available. Dryers could be better. Ankeny location is randomly closed without notice or any signs indicating the duration of the closing. Pay for a membership but then don’t get to use it.

I love this touchless car wash. I joined the wash club which is great. The app is super user friendly. Highly recommend trying it out.

This wash is either a hit or miss, typically a miss. Recently, it has been leaving soap splatters all over my car. Customer service is non existent and they will not refund or give free washes for inadequate washes even when you present them with obvious pictures. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I like this car wash. The location is super convenient and it's usually a quick in and out. There are 6 bays, I'm pretty sure they are all the same. The big thing is they are all operational most of the time. I hardly ever see them close any down.
The wash is open 24/7 and overall does a good touch fee wash. They could give a little bit more time on the fans at the end.

Worked very well. I chose the $12.00 wash which included the underside wash and drying, which met the price range of other places.

Charged me $60 for 6 washes on the app late at night and they wouldn’t refund my money claiming I authorized the payment when I didn’t, can’t reach anyone over the phone. Go to Mister car wash they have customer service representatives to assist you.

I’ll start with the only negative I have. When you was finishes and the dryer comes on the entrance light turns green which causes inconsiderate people to basically rush you through your drying cycle time. I would suggest maybe a delay or something to give a chance to at least dry some of the car or some kind of sensor that triggers the green light to come on when the car has hit a certain point or time of drying. Idk
Other than that this is the best drive through car wash I’ve ever used. It’s very well taken care of, clean have never had an issue with soap seeming low or none at all. Does a really good job unless your car/ truck is really grimey then it may take another go around.

Part of the bar that moves around vehicle fell off during wash. Wash bar got out of sync and didn't finish the full wash. Tried to submit via website but it wouldn't allow. Teller #2 in west des moines. 11/19/23. 11:37 am cst

Executive Laser Wash does a great job keeping my car clean. Their customer service is also top-notch! Highly recommend.
