As a man moving to the Des Moine area, I was in need of high-quality furniture and accessories for my new home. That included artwork and window treatments. I visited many furniture stores but got hooked on Ethan Allen for their service, hospitality and made to order products. It took about three visits to finalize my order but when it arrived, with my designer meeting me at my new home, I was completely thrilled with the final outcome. Since the quality is high, I don't know when I will be back since I expect it to last a long-time; however, I recommend Ethen Allen to anyone who wants to make an impression on his or her guests.

Beautiful Saturday afternoon. Stopped in Ethan Ellen to shop for a sofa. Found the perfect sofa. Wanted to know colors! The staff receives a zero for customer service skills. Very expensive store to have staff with zero customer service skills. How do you stay in business

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service I received with Ethan Allen. Rose knew her products and exactly what we wanted. Our items during delivery were handled by Jarrod and Tireke with top notch care. A total white glove experience!

I had a fantastic experience all the way around. The sales person Rose was fantastic she followed through as she promised. My furniture is more than a step above all the rest. The delivery was beyond compare, they were on time, courteous, careful and mindful of what they were doing! The service received at the time of our purchase was excellent. The table was delayed due to COVID so they loaned us a table until this one arrived. It was delivered in February of 2020. It’s the most we’ve ever spent on a dining room table but it was exactly what we were looking for.Fast forward to last Fall. We noticed that the finish was rubbing off in small spots. The spots have increased in size and quantity. Sent Ethan Allen pictures of the damage. We were told that the table was misused. There’s wear in areas we never use.We haven’t done anything out of the ordinary with it. We’re away about 5 months a year, eat at home about 4 nights a week when we are home.The finish on the table is very thin and fragile. Actually, We think it’s a poor workmanship problem. We never expected this from Ethan Allen. We will hire someone to refinish the top but beware.

This has been a nice experience shopping for furniture. Rose was very helpful with everything, from her knowledge of design and listening to my style, through the delivery process. I highly recommend and am impressed with the quality of my furniture, and the care taken with delivery and set up.
