My mom has been going to this bank for many years. I recently assisted my mom to organize some accounts. We met with one of the bankers at the West Des Moines branch: Cameron Arvidson. I was impressed with the way Cameron helped use organize mom's accounts so that everything is set up better:)

I just have to say that this is definitely one of the best banks I have ever banked with. The employees are top notch, very friendly, very helpful, and very quick to help me find a solution to any problems I have. 10/10 would recommend

Run, one of the worst Banks on the planet, your money would be safer in wells Fargo, and I mean that in a derogatory way, well Fargo is notoriously one of the worst Banks to have.

We have banked at Earlham Savings Bank for probably 30 years. Customer service is top notch. I appreciate a live person answering the phone

First your money is not secure at this bank and the customer service is hands down the worst I have ever experienced at any bank. My son had an account here and there was a charge for $89 that he did not make. The way the tellers, VP Laura and Loan officer Mike treated us over this is beyond rude and unprofessional. Laura should honestly lose her job for her attitude towards customers. They point blank said my son made the charge and they had proof. they made us do every bit of the leg work to prove different. I have never, ever known any other bank to force a customer to do all of the work to dispute a charge. Once we actually confirmed in writing that the charges were not valid, they continued to have an attitude and refused to work with us on anything. My son did close his account during all of this and they said when they money did arrive back to them that they would not notify him, they would just send it back since his account was closed . Again very rude and unprofessional, and this came from VP Laura at the Des Moines location. During one of our phone calls Laura told me point blank that as long as someone has your information and is using any IP address they can trace back to you that they will not ever dispute a charge. I asked her if someone broke into my house and stole my debit and got on my computer and used my card...would they do anything about it? she said absolute not, all the charges would be valid regardless that they broke in to my home. as long as they use my computer they are golden to spend all they want. I have left vm for Noah who is also a vp and he does not return my calls. I then left a vm for the bank president who has all chose to ignore us. Please everyone you deserve better customer service than this. they feel that since they are small they can hang up on you, be sarcastic and accuse you of anything as they don't really have anyone to answer to. Your money is not safe here. Deanna
