My husband and I used Dirk for a refinance and most recently, the purchase of our new home build. We chose to use him over our builder, and we couldn’t be happier! He made the process seamless by walking us through all the paperwork and ensuring we closed on time. Our builder offered closing costs in exchange for using them, but Dirk was able to come in with an offer we couldn’t refuse. Our interest rate was almost 2% lower than what we were initially offered, saving us an astronomical amount of money over the life of our loan.
