“I started shopping at Kohl’s when it was only in Madison Wisconsin and then they moved here in Des Moines. It is a wonderful wonderful store with a large variety and high-quality items and a good affordable rate. The store clerks are very helpful and it’s always such a pleasant time when I go there highly recommend it.”

“This is the place you can find any category of items on your Must Get List. The aisles are spacious and well stocked. There are numerous self checkout machines and normally one open lane for checking assistance. Nice reasonable prices with loads of sales across the board.”
“I am new the the area and glad there is a Zumiez here. Lemon and The Crew are doing a super job! The store is clean and well organized. There is much variety and special finds. Customer service is truely outstanding! From entering the store to checkout is a great experience. ;)”
“Target continues to improve their pick up service. Last time I used it, as I was driving up, I saw a Target rep wheeling out a cart with multiple orders on it. She was going towards the pick up area. When I pulled up and texted that I was there, she was able to immediately bring my order. Keep up the good work Target!”

The parking lot isn't crazy chaotic and the carts are constantly being picked up and brought back in. They have a beautiful Starbucks inside as well. “This is becoming my go to location more and more. I live closer to the Windsor Heights store, but it's been going downhill quickly. After the revamp of the floor and shelving I was hoping the Windsor Heights location was going to be better. Nope. The West Des Moines location is consistently clean, well organized, and well stocked. It definitely makes the few more mile drive worth it. Kind of sad that I'd rather drive to this store or Grimes than to do business with the one closest to my home.”

“I LOVE this store, I feel like I could spend 12 hours in it. It is very comparable to Hobby Lobby and TJ Maxx. The prices in this store are fantastic for anyone on a budget. So far I've bought home decor, kitchen utensils, and bakeware. The items seem high quality and I haven't had any issues with the items I've purchased. This location is the only one I have been too and for as busy as it was the store was well kept and ready to navigate, I hate when the aisles are too close together to move and that's not the case for this store.”
