Just purchased another set of Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza P285-45R22 tires for my 2016 Chevy Suburban and decided to go through Costco Tires in West Des Moines. Ordered the tires online and had them installed less than a week later. Very efficient process with no hidden fees. No charge for installation and Costco even provides a 5-year road hazard warranty at no additional cost. My last set of Alenza H/L’s lasted 80,000 miles so hoping for similar results with these tires. Smooth ride with no road noise. They’re called H/L (Highway Luxury) for a reason and I can definitely see why.

Had a 6:30 appointment for new tires. Didn't get completed until 8:30. Was never updated on delay. When I left the person at door said "caught by the tire center, eh?" So apparently not so unusual.

Parking is undesirable and do not have the products I would buy from another big box store. Tried canceling my membership by phone and you have to drive to the store to get this done. So will have to travel and try to park in the not user friendly parking to cancell.

Tire fixed for free as advertised in purchase. Dropped the car because i had no appointment. Tire was fixed that day. Great service!

Good prices, but they don't seem tho answer their phone. Ever. I've tried 5 times in 2 days. It rings and rings and then sends me back through the loop. Great warranty, but not if you can't get through.

Horrible, horrible experience with Costco. My advice is if you can see it and put it in your cart great. Do not order anything from them. If anything goes wrong they will not help you! All you can do is call the 800 # wait two hours on hold or wait for them to call you back. to be told they will try to do something but pretty much just want you off the phone and won't do anything. They owe me over $2000.00 for a appliance order I never received, they agreed it was severely mishandled and would cancel the order over 10 days ago still no refund issued. I learned the hard way don't buy trips, services, cars etc because all you will here is we can't help you. Yes we are executive members which turns out to just be another scam because you still get no help.

I bought 2 GoPro cameras and a MacBook today and the grumpy lady that set up my Apple care told me I couldn't keep the cardboard posters I used to check the cameras out. I'm absolutely appalled, to say the least, by this lack of customer service. When I grew up, if somebody asked you politely for a piece of cardboard, you oblige and give them not only the cardboard, but a marker to write "anything helps" on that cardboard. That's called going above and beyond. I'm completely disappointed in this business and it's rapid decline as of late. I hope denying my cardboard made her attitude better for the next person.

The way my wife was treated, we will not be back. She had a nail in her tire and......Long story short, the was "recommended" all 4 new tires be replaced. Because......the tire was unrepairable due to the nail. They said it had "scratched" the sidewall. We asked to see the tire, no damage. But Costco would not put the tire back on so she could go somewhere else. They offered to "put it in a bag" for her. When she asked how she could get somewhere else.....they just shrugged their shoulders. They made her feel as though she had to pay $280 for a new tire just to be able to leave. I went in to have a nail repair done 3 day's later......beyond repair. When I got the assistant manager involved.....a miracle happened! Jacob was suddenly willing to repair the tire.

Ever been to the restaurant Dicks Last Resort restaurant where the employees job is to be rude and uncouth with the customers? Have you ever dreamt of having this wonderful experience while shopping at Costco? If so this location is the spot for you as long as you find the right check out person. The person to best deliver this service is Elisha. You can't miss her she's a big tall girl with long hair. Not only will she go out of her way to be rude and give you the cold shoulder she will simultaneously find a way to smash your bread and bruise your fruit! Personally I don't care to have this experience while at Costco so I typically avoid her but if you're looking for a Dicks Last Resort experience she's got your back!

Came here to get some gas on my way to Omaha, and as usual, the gas prices were lower than other spots! Lots of pumps, didn't have to wait in the morning.
