Visited Eric at Concept for my bi-annual cleaning and check up. My hearing aids required a little more TLC this time and Eric was able to clean and replace the parts I needed in office. I feel that each appointment is thorough and I do not ever feel rushed. I always have very good service from this office and would recommend Concept to all that have a hearing loss and require hearing aids in order to have a better quality of life.

Great experience at Concept. I can hear so much better than before with my new hearing aids. Eric is exceptional to work with and Caitlin at the front desk is wonderful on the phone and at the front desk.

My husband, Russell, and I bought new hearing aids in June 2023, from Concept by Iowa Hearing. From the day we met with Eric and his staff, we were pleased with their friendly and professional service. We very much appreciate the care we receive with product check-ups and easy access to replacement parts as needed and the on-going option to ask questions, seek advice and report concerns.

Had a great experience! The Specialist was very Knowledgeable not only on the product, but was very concerned about the care of the patient. From start to finish, very Professional, but also felt like I was one of the Family. Would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Everyone was very friendly and Eric was very great at explaining stuff so that my wife and I could understand. I liked that they didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Stopped in and needed some domes for my hearing aids. Helped me out on the spot. Great service and didn't treat me differently even though I couldn't upgrade at this time. Always wonderful service.

I first started going to Concept in 2016. I have always been happy with the time spent by staff to ensure I understand any changes needed for my devices. In recent years I work with Eric, he is so knowledgeable. He always takes time to ask me questions about how my devices are working in different environments to be able to make adjustments to further improve the effectiveness of my devices. I recommend Eric and his team at Concept every chance I get.
