“I was BLOWN AWAY by the customer service here! The ladies working 8/18/23 saw I was carrying clothes to try on, politely came to me and took the clothes so I wasn’t carrying them around, and reserved me a dressing room. With perfect timing, they asked if they could grab me any other sizes. The other stores I visited before don’t even compete with how I was treated here. I will be returning simply because of how observant and attentive the ladies working are! Thank you Mainstream Boutique for making me feel so special!❤️”

“We were attending Valley Junction's weekly Farmers Market (a GREAT time BTW), and luckily found Sisters as we explored shops along 5th Street. Terrific vibe within the store from the moment we stepped in, and staff member Jill was not only kind and friendly, but also very helpful as we browsed. Who knew getting Peepers & a card could be so enjoyable? Definitely returning, as they have a fun place.”

“Was looking for original and affordable gifts for the holiday season. I always like to give gifts that are thoughtful and something that a person cant see at one of the big box stores or see someone else owning it. I heard about this boutique and couldn't wait to go see. It didn't dissapoint. The owner greeted me with a smile. This quaint boutique is thoughtfully packed with tons of locally created gems, jewelry, art, food, clothing and more. Its one of the places where you could stand in one spot and just move your head around for several minutes and find so many treasures. Also the creative in me was inspired by so many things. If you are looking for one of kind anniversary, birthday, THANK YOU, thinking of you, just because, or TREAT FOR YOURSELF gift.... XO Studio is a great place to go. You will leave feeling like you paid a fair price and you supported a local artist. I dont know her other than this one encounter but I can tell, you know when you know, that she is someone who lives to serve, teach and help others lights shine!!!!”

“Great location, lots of clothes and items to choose from, but I didn't find much I liked. Most of the designs I liked were the new polyester athletic material and I'm not a big fan of those. The cotton or vintage shirts were all weird designs that I didn't particularly like. If you like the polyester clothing, you'll be right at home with a huge selection. I ended up with a vanity plate for my car and am very happy with it!”

“The supervisor that was working on the first floor on 10/8 early afternoon was amazing! I didn't catch her name but she helped me with a most likely pretty rare issue I had with customer service about an online order. Customer service sent me to the store and even though there wasn't much she could do on her end she advocated for me to customer service over the phone for quite some time while also managing a busy floor and checking out many people at the counter. I really appreciate it!”
“I've always been happy with the choices at this location and the perks of being a rewards member. Additionally I think the staff there is fantastic always helping with choices, advice on fit, etc.. My only complaint is that there isn't free tailoring currently offered. I just had a few pieces shortened at my local tailor and it added quite a bit to the cost of the purchase. Several neighboring athletic stores offer free tailoring and it is hard to justify having the added cost to purchases at Athleta. My understanding is that it is a service usually offered but there isn't a current tailor for this location. I hope there is one soon for my next purchase that requires shortening.”
“J Crew recently rolled out a new credit card which I applied for the first day it was available at a store in Kansa City. There were all sorts of issues and the card was not able to be used that day. I was able to go to our local store in West Des Moines and get everything transferred from another card to the new J Crew card thanks to the help of Karlie. Very impressed with the customer service!!”
“I stopped by today to find some new jeans. I was unsure about style, color, and size and wasn’t sure where to start. Kayla in the dressing room gave me the most positive shopping experience I’ve ever had. She was eager to help, give recommendations, and run out to grab different styles/sizes for me to try out. It’s rare to feel so comfortable in a dressing room. I wish I could take her shopping with me everywhere!”

Active Endeavors has all the up and coming styles for me to feel comfortable and not matronly and at the same time I support vendors like Vuori who uses recycled materials to showcase comfortable clothing. Yet, I wish they had more pastels to brighten my day!”
