Alex and Serena spent nearly 6 hours over 2 days with my wife and I fixing my wifes broken verizon account and getting one started for me during a service switch from straight talk all while juggling other customers at the same time. All the while, they conducted themselves with a friendly, positive attitude. I realize that our situation was extreme worst case scenario but my wife and I had such a great experience working with them. This isn't just how people should conduct themselves as professionals but as humans too. Thank you a thousand times over Alex and Serena. A++ service

I had an appointment during normal store hours and the store was locked and dark. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed up.

This is not a Verizion owned store (corporate store), so you can not get the same deals here that you can at a Verizon corporate store they told me.

Had an appointment to pick up my new phone at 5pm, there was a hand written note on the door saying they were closing at 4:30. Classy!

Joel is who we worked with and he lacked the will to explain anything about how to set up knew phone. Very short with us and not friendly. Seemed frustrated to be helping us. Disappointed in how someone would act in a job where customer service is important.

Horrible place. They sent me to both Verizon Technical support (on the support line) and Apple (in the mall and on their technical support line) to solve why a new phone stopped working after a week. They didn't even pretend to be interested in solving the issue or to do anything but tell me to call Apple and Verizon. No phone should stop working a week after being bought. I finally went to another Verizon store (not owned by this authorized retailer) and they helped find and solve the original misconfiguration done by this store on day 1. Verizon nearly lost a fifteen year customer because of the horrible customer service.

I had to chang my review. Everytime I walk into this place its just problematic. I thought I finally got everything settled with my number being transfered to the s22 that I got at this store (assuming because nobody knows how to do it correctly), i got a message from one of sales people saying I need to come in because there was a problem with the device payment and there wasnt a payment agreement, and if I didn't get it fixed then I would be charged full retail price. I went in, assumed i got it fixed just to find out my first bill and monthly bill raised. First bill being 152 to 178 and my monthly being 108 (after auto-pay and changing my service plan because charles failed to ask and clarify what he was putting me on) to 140. When I asked about it while I was still at the store, I was told it should be adjusted back within 24 hours (its been 24 hours). When I texted Jay back and asked about this, apparently billing isn't their expertise and told me to call 611. Other words, they cause problems they don't know how to fix. Going back in tomorrow to have them fix the problem they caused and if they cant fix it, ill call 611 in hopes of fixing my billing. If i cwnt fix it, ill be returning the phone and going back to my cracked screen s9+ and straight talk since that proved to be easily more reliable.

Bad experience. Everything is about the upsell. Try to get you to get a Verizon credit card, sell you a case for $40 more than you can buy elsewhere, try to sell you liquid screen protector not as good as and $40 more than a film you can apply. And the billing is insane. Just let me pay for everything at once. I don't need a confusing pay part now, pay part later, pay part on a monthly plan.... Few phones are in stock and what is there don't have specs printed to make side by side comparisons. Better off doing it on your own. Only one person working so get ready to wait.

I visited this location for the first time this week (both Monday evening and tonight). I was wanting to transfer my service and upgrade my phone. I worked with Alicia (both times) and she was very helpful! I found out that she was assisting their store as well working at two others. She was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the service she provided, especially since it has become so uncommon these days! I also respect that she didn’t try to force things on me or “sell” anything to me. I usually know what I want and she didn’t push after mentioning what I had available to me. Very happy with my experience! She deserves kudos and a raise. :)

The staff was incredibly accommodating. In fact, they stayed late to ensure I had a phone and wouldn't have to drive back the next day to resolve the issue. Jay and team will continue to keep our business.
