Alex and Serena spent nearly 6 hours over 2 days with my wife and I fixing my wifes broken verizon account and getting one started for me during a service switch from straight talk all while juggling other customers at the same time. All the while, they conducted themselves with a friendly, positive attitude. I realize that our situation was extreme worst case scenario but my wife and I had such a great experience working with them. This isn't just how people should conduct themselves as professionals but as humans too. Thank you a thousand times over Alex and Serena. A++ service

I had an appointment during normal store hours and the store was locked and dark. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed up.

This is not a Verizion owned store (corporate store), so you can not get the same deals here that you can at a Verizon corporate store they told me.
