Employees have negative attitude. Pizza is never labeled, so when you get to the register they fight you to tell them what pizza they are selling you, when they don’t have it labeled for the customer to tell them. Apparently the cashiers like to fight with people over this. Terrible service, terrible food, store is dirty.

They always have hot food unlike other Casey's, and they have a soft serve ice cream. Great.

The tall heavy set guy working the 29th of March seems to have been having a really bad day. First, while there were customers waiting, he was having a mini argument with the manager about cleaning the coolers. As the manager left he made a remark under his breath that I really couldnt hear, but still kind of rude. Then he rang up my donut wrong, as a much higher priced item. When I brought this to his attention he barked "Ill fix it in a minute, are you a caseys rewards member or not". The he says "I cant see what you have in these bags" referring to the donut bag. So yeah by this point Im getting a little annoyed with this angry man, so I say "so you charge for the most expensive one then". At this point he gets even more belligerant, and I decide Caseys really doesnt need my money or business. As Im walking out the guy throws something across the counter. I went out to tell the manager......and she said OK and drove off. You know, this all could have been avoided by asking a simple questions that almost every other caseys employee asks..........."good morning, how many and what kind of donuts do you have?" But what do I know. I do know it's highly unlikely I'll be back to this Caseys.

Love this neighborhood gas station. The cashiers are consistently friendly and the food is always fresh!

Average gas station cashier was very friendly that's pretty much like any other Casey's if you need gas might as well stop there

Having to go inside to get a receipt for your gas defeats the purpose of paying at the pump.. Waste of my time standing I'm standing in line to get a receipt . cashier rude

I moved to WDSM nearly two months ago and have ordered at least 8 pizzas and a few hot sandwiches. I’m confident this Casey’s makes better pizza than most other locations.I’d like to see them fix (or use) their soft serve ice cream machine. Since they also have a large walk-in cooler, it would be appreciated if they could offer “cold” 12-packs/cases of pop.Overall, this is a well stocked, clean store, offering friendly customer service, and is now a favorite of mine.Keep up the good work!

Unbelievable and quite disheartening to see the decline of this store. I won't be surprised when this place shuts down. Hopefully I'm wrong. I live in the Junction and this store has been my go to for almost 15 years.
