“We rented a car from them on Friday for a week. They had the car we wanted, Tramell was the absolute best agent I could have asked for ! He explained EVERYTHING & made sure I understood all that he explained. If you go to the Waukee branch of Enterprise if you have a choice of agents I'd recommend that you request Tramell !!!

“Over-billed me. I returned the car at 5:23 a.m. Just got emailed a receipt that says I returned the car at 10:51 pm. They charged me for an extra day that I didn't have the car and now nobody will answer the phone. I've called multiple times and waited on hold and they just keep hanging up the phone on me. Total scam. Be careful when you return the car. Don't trust anybody. Demand a receipt right then on the spot.

“Reserved and used a rental car for 6 days in August, 2024. Customer service was great but they only had one car available for me to use which was a minivan, I am 1 person using the car so didn't need this type of car. Car was fine but I felt it was such a waste just me using it for my travels. Overall, good service and easy to find car in lot right outside of airport and rental counter.”

“I'd previously had a couple of negative experiences with Budget and was about to write them off when I came across the fine people at the Des Moines Airport facility. They were all very friendly and professional. The silver-haired, blue-eyed female attendant (sorry, I didn't catch her name) who helped me, went above and beyond the call of duty when I needed to change vehicles because of the intense, tornado-filled storm that was passing through. Thank you! Due to her professionalism and kindness, I will most definitely be back!

“When we got to the Des Moines airport the line of 12 people in front of the wife to get a car. Line moved fast enough. Got a red Mitsubishi Outlander. Wife hated the shift lever. Otherwise, didn’t have any issues with the car. Loved having the back up camera and the SiriusXM radio. No morning talk shows, no commercials. Easy enough returning the car also. No extra charges so far. Rented the car June 20 to 25.”

“This place is incredible.
Enterprise left us stranded I walked into this place. They had me in a rental in under 30 minutes and I didn’t even call ahead of time cause I was stranded.
Me and my aunt were on our way to Washington state from Ohio when a deer ran into us crossing the expressway we were going the speed limit which was 75 the car could no longer steer The tow truck guys went out of their way to make sure we arrived safe after we had three different enterprise lead us on I walked in and I told him I know I don’t have an appointment. It has been a crazy morning. We are trying to get to Washington and back home which was a 70 Hour Dr. in total and he had me in a rental in under 30 minutes, which was absolutely incredible… I don’t know this man’s name, but he was a tall, black gentleman and I’ll never forget his kindness. I hope you see this. Thank you so much again. Corina”

“Had a good experience even though they were ridiculously understaffed. The guy who hooked me up with a car did a nice job and was very friendly. But there was a long wait because he was the only one working. Also I had asked for an suv and instead got a sedan which smelled like weed. But it got me to work and back so it's fine.”
