Ordered through the drive thru and after paying was asked to pull around. Nobody in the line behind me, but I pulled around. Where I parked I could see 3 workers leaning up against counter talking, on their phones, everything but working. So here I sit waiting for my fairly simple order 19 min later……..then when the brought my foo, no drinks, asked for my drinks, came back with 3, states I order 4, git smarted back with “I need to see your receipt” I said u never gave me one. The manager brought out my pop and when I tried to tell him my frustration he waited til I rollwdmy window and he was walking away to yell if u think u can do better come in and try. Wow my mouth dropped. I didn’t tell at him and was respectful. He seemed young but has to know it’s part of being a manager to listen to complaints and not take them personal.

Told the guy at the drive thru 3 times what I wanted. Pulled to the window and tried to confirm he got my order, and he still didn't. Then got told to pull around and my food will be out in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, and everyone else who ordered after, got their order, I got mine and it was wrong. had to go back through the drive thru. They proceeded to tell me they no longer have any hamburger patties and asked for my money back.Manager was nice, but other employees were extremely disrespectful.

This place is a joke. Ordered 3 chicken fries combos and the price on the drive thru was different then what they charged me. I understand price change but nothing was posted. I was ok with that but then they forgot the 3 fries and straws. I went back in with 5 people standing around with attitudes when I asked for rest of my order. The manger was so rude and never Apologized for leaving half the food out. Just a nasty environment and I will NEVER go back to this location. I was the only guest and waited for 15 mins. SMH this place needs someone to come in and get this restaurant in order.

Thursday at 7:56am Jan 10, 2019 and you say you’re closed?This has to be one of the worst burger kings in Iowa . continuously slow service and minimal staff . there’s a McDonald’s across the street that gets 10 times more people.1/12/2022, again closed several times for breakfast in the last 30 days.The store general manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. No customer service skills and should not be a manager.

I never pay in cash but had decided to today since I had it on me. The old woman at the 1st window took my $5 bill, then handed me change. She didn’t give me a receipt but I let it go because it’s not a big deal. I waited about 5 minutes for my order and overheard them saying someone drove off without paying. I didn’t think anything of it because I paid until one of the workers confronted me about it. They said the lady at the first window said I drove off without paying. Idk if she has no short term memory or what but I will never pay in cash again with them. The worker in the back was incredibly rude and kept pushing it. I would have given another $5 to pay for my meal but I wasn’t about to spend $10 on sub par food because some old bat can’t keep her head on straight. The woman at the 2nd window was nice and finally gave me my order. I know this seems like a petty review but you don’t treat customers like that. Make sure you get your receipts and pay with card if the old woman is at the 1st window. Fries tasted like how toilet water smells. Nuggets were fine. Normal experience with Burger King except for the customer service.

It's not the worst place I've been but my order wasn't correct (#1 no onions had onions) the fries were fresh but they didn't have tea so I got water. It was super late so I gave them a pass, the window kid was friendly.

Pretty sure that the fish and chicken nuggets were refires. They were all burnt and a strange color. Just NASTY!
