“The staff are very professional, friendly, caring, and nice. I felt like the staff truly listened to me when I gave feedback about what I liked or didn’t like about a dress.
I can tell that whoever is in upper management, really knows how to train employees on how to care for customers. Not once was I ever pressured into buying a dress, which made me feel super comfortable and felt like I could really enjoy my experience. I always got the impression that the employees are also well taken care of by their boss, which i feel definitely helps create a positive atmosphere.
The only downside about this store is that I wish the store was bigger so they can expand their collection and that they had a seamstress at the actual store. They do give a list of recommended seamstress. I understand why they don’t have a seamstress but I think it would help them “stand out” from the rest of the bridal shops in the area.”

From searching for dresses to alterations to getting my dress cleaned and preserved, Bridal Boutique was easy to work with, always professional, and kind in every interaction! I absolutely loved my dress and had so many compliments about it on my wedding day! I cannot recommend their dresses and their services enough!”
