Brian was exceptional. He acted professionally and helped a deal that was going south with another lender get to closing on time. He did that with 2 weeks notice prior to the scheduled closing date. I couldn't have asked for a better value add to the real estate transaction. I absolutely recommend this lender, ESPECIALLY if a buyer has non-traditional income as self-employed or independent contracting.

Brian is the best. We'd gone with a different lender to begin with, and they dropped the ball and left us in the lurch. Brian picked it up and delivered within two weeks of closing. Nothing but great things to say about Brian. He's a rock star.
