Great clean presentable store with no customer help, which although I didn't require. Came here to shop using my rewards and only paid $12 for a $58 pants.

went in today with two other people looking for boots for an upcoming event and walked past the employee at the register and an employee on the floor and was never greeted or even acknowledged. they walked past my group as we were trying some boots on and i mentioned that i wondered if these were the only boots in a size 6, hoping they would maybe come over and see if my group needed assistance. instead of doing that, they huddled together in the next aisle over and carried on with their own conversation. they seemed uninterested in our business and only cared about their upcoming weekend of drinking. i came in with an unlimited budget as i wanted boots and outfits for all three of us and was excited to do some in person shopping, but unfortunately this interaction reminded me why i steer more towards online.
the employees were two women and a man that ignored us everytime we walked past them, to the point that a person in my group asked one of the employees if they were open because we had never been acknowledged, and that we had a question about the sizes and the employee was then incredibly rude and again just seemed totally uninterested in helping their customers.

Guys helped me greatly. Unfortunately they had zero dress style jackets for me and I'm 6'1" 250lbs. Are cowboys small??

Was at the checkout and was about to spend $500 cash on boots and a shirt. I ask for a box to put my boots in. The fella behind the counter said rudely "if I give you a box it's gonna cost you a dollar" I left the merchandise on the counter and walked out. Should have walked out as soon as I entered the store because he was looking at me like I didn't belong there. I honestly feel like he doesn't like black people. The young lady that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. But because of the rude dude's attitude I didn't want to spend my money there.

Almost non-existent customer service, got a bit worse when I went up to the register to ask for help finding a boot. They don’t carry Keen Cincinnati boots which happens I get it, the guy said he wears them and had to order off the website himself. My rub is he seemed uninterested in helping and told me to try on other Keen hiking shoes to get an idea of the fit to order online. The shoes aren’t constructed like boots with zero similarity. Not the end of the world, but Boot Barn won’t get my money in the future and I’ll definitely point people who ask about boots in a different direction
