If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought our couch 2 years ago, with the extended warranty. Our sales person said all accidental tears were covered because we worried with our large dog. First time we called them out was for a clink in the power chair, less than a year into our purchase. They sent someone out who said he saw this all the time with this chair and “fixed it”. 6 months later (right after the factory warranty expired) it started doing it again. We called them back and they said “it’s no longer covered under the manufacturer warranty and we needed to contact our extended warranty company. So we did. They refused to cover it because it was “not covered” Fine. Fast forward a year, my dogs nail accidentally rips the chair when he jumped off the couch. Our warranty explicitly says “ALL ACCIDENTAL” is covered. I submit a claim, and they come back with since it’s pet damage they can’t cover it. It’s not like he was chewing on it or pawing at it. He jumped. His nail caught it. It ripped. In my mind that’s an accident! I will never purchase from bobs again. They lie. We paid an extra 500 to have this warranty. Cheaply made furniture. All bobs is, a scam.Edit: their reply is bull because I did report it as soon as it happened. Followed all the instructions and still got denied. Every. Single. Time.

My husband and I were looking for tables and chairs for the finished barn. We were met by Charles when we walked in. Charles was very courteous and knowledgeable with our questions. We never felt pressured to purchase before we left to think about and continue shopping for the tables and chairs. We ended up purchasing the tables and chairs through a phone call which saved us time going back out to the West Des Moines store. Great shopping experience at this store! We will be back!

Our sales person Annie could not have done a better job. 5 stars for her. she was patient with us and took time to listen. Also answered our questions thoroughly. I think Bob's furniture is lucky to have, her.

My husband and I went to look for a dining set, Will helped us showing us different styles, but the one that we liked was going to take 7 weeks to have it delivered. Will talked to his managers and at the end he found a solution for us. We’re very pleased with our visit to Bob’s furniture and working with Will.

We went in mainly window shopping as we had just moved to the state and left happy with 4 new pieces of furniture in the end! Bob's discount had a variety of pieces to choose from within our budget at a great value. What made our trip even more worth it was the outstanding costumer service given to us by Matthew who was incredibly knowledgeable, Patient, and friendly for us newcomers. Thank you again!

We initially went into this store with just the intention of looking and getting ideas. We were pleasantly greeted by Paul, one of the salesman, upon arrival. He was very helpful in pointing us in the direction of the dining room sets. To mine and my wife's surprise we found a beautiful dining room set within 5 minutes of entering. Paul was so helpful in getting everything priced and finding the exact items we wanted at the wearhouse. The entire process went so smoothly with Paul guiding us every step of the way. The manager Jacob was also very helpful with getting the finishing touches done. It was also fast delivery especially with the holidays approaching as we got it about 5 days later! Overall our first experience with Bob's was SPECTACULAR. We will definitely be returning in the future for other furniture needs. We cannot wait for the next "OH MY BOB!" moment. THANK YOU PAUL YOU WERE FANTASTIC!

We found exactly what we were looking for at a fair price. Turner assisted us and answered all of our questions, walking us through various purchase and financing options, protection plans, delivery, etc. Our experience was excellent with Bob's Furniture and with their employee specialist, Turner. We will definitely return for future purchases and can't wait to receive our new furniture!

First I would say their furniture isn't for me but their sales clerk Steve did his best. I am very particular. The store is clean and well organized. I didn't feel pressured and he was definitely trying to come up with options. I did see a blue sofa at the back of the store that should be put to rest. It's sagging and not show worthy. Good variety of everything for someone else.

TL;DR - Actual store itself and its employees are good. Corporate customer service is utterly useless. I ordered a coffee table and I wasn't sure if it would need assembly (usually they don't) so the service agent said that if it did to give them a call and they could take care of it. Got the table and it turned out a decent amount of assembly was required, so I called. The customer service agent on the line (not related to the store) said they could only send in someone to assemble if I paid an extra 70$ (not what was said in store) and that I couldn't return it due to a "contract" that was signed since it was already delivered. I was furious about that and felt scammed so I wrote to their online customer feedback survey negative stuff. To the credit of the actual store, the manager Christie called me and we got the issue resolved very quickly. She offered to have her crew come in for free to assemble or to give me a refund on the delivery which I greatly appreciated. Very professional and courteous, which is what I expected in the first place given the interactions with employees I had the previous day. Moral of the story: this is actually a professional place with good people, but DO NOT use their corporate customer service line if any issues arise. They are dishonest and useless.

Annie was a great sales representative and we thought we purchased a nice kitchen table and chairs for an affordable price. The delivery time was communicated at checkout and reminders were provided to me all week. I received an email at 9:30 stating they will be there in 30 minutes, well ahead of the 1-4 timeline. The national chatline was not willing to alter this delivery. I had adjusted my work schedule for the original time window and could not accommodate this change on short notice. A co-worker graciously went to my house on short notice but then unfortunately signed off on defective merchandise (see photo). Disappointing.
