Jacob was waiting at the door and greeted us as we came in. We was looking for a dining room set so he quickly took us where we needed to be. For the entire visit Jacob stayed right with us, even getting us a cup of coffee and Giving us advice all the way so we could make the best choice for our house. He helped us figure out the perfect dining set and we ended up purchasing it. It's so hard to find positive employees these days but Jacob was a good find for you all. I am the DOE at Marriott hotels and I understand good service when I see it. We will be back for our living room set and also our bedroom set when it's time. Thanks

We visited the store twice to look at "pop-up" couches. Both times we were assisted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were able to place our order on October 20th and it was easy and streamlined. I don't remember the names of the men who helped us, but we had great experiences both times.

We had been on a mattress hunt for a few weeks now. We kinda gave up because prices were too high for any sort of good quality. We randomly drove past Bobs and decided to stop in. We were immediately greeted by Jacob, who informed us how to read the price tags and let us know we would search around and if we needed any bring to let him know. He checked on us a few times but was very respectful and let us browse. He gave us all the info we needed and asked for. We ended up buying a mattress that day and are so excited to get it next weekend. We were so pleased with our purchase and with the customer service we received. Thanks Jacob, and the team at Bob’s. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service with Paul and his manager. We had some special circumstances for delivery and they were more than happy to help us out. Very knowledgeable in the bed and mattress we were looking at. Have not had our actual delivery yet so cannot comment on the after yet.
