I unfortunately had a similar experience to many of the other low reviews, where I was not acknowledged at all when walking in, then treated like an annoyance and talked down to with a very pretentious and know-it-all attitude once I had the owner's attention. I won't be back.

My 12 yo daughter brought her scooter in there to have the tube replaced. The owner wouldn’t help her. Said he didn’t have time. Asked her “doesn’t your dad know how to do it?” We were willing to pay obviously and leave the scooter there for him to work on at a later time. Her dad just underwent and had complications from a spinal surgery and she told him that. He dismissed her without offering any assistance or giving her a referral to somewhere that could help her. Not to mention we are direct neighbors who have lived there since they opened. Very disappointed.

Always answers his phone. Being a spontaneous person, he let me spontaneously drop the bike off as he listened to me vent on my on the internal condition of the bike that I invested on at another shop. He said he would do what he can, but he can't make promises. In the past I also brought a beach cruiser in there too that had internal problems. He fixed that at a reasonable price, and the bike rode like a dream from then on out.

Was good service, owner is quiet but polite. $150 for two bike tuneups and 2 new tires. Not bad. Some places are charging twice that.

I came I'm there for a bike wheel adjustment and they fixed more issues I didn't know about. They explained and showed me what those problems were too in a way I could understand. Great service overall!
