“The bike service dude (terrible with names, sorry) put my bike trailer hitch on right away and then helped me figure out a water bottle cage (he installed it too) a lock and panniers. It was such a great experience.”

Being a spontaneous person, he let me spontaneously drop the bike off as he listened to me vent on my on the internal condition of the bike that I invested on at another shop. He said he would do what he can, but he can't make promises. In the past I also brought a beach cruiser in there too that had internal problems. He fixed that at a reasonable price, and the bike rode like a dream from then on out.”
“After a bad experience at another bike shop I went to Bike world in WDM. I had a few minor but important issues that needed the attention of a knowledgeable tech. Given that shops are gearing up for Ragbrai I didn’t have much hope getting on the road any time soon. As soon as they opened I walked in the door and was met by Ben. I told Ben my story and how frustrated I was and what I was hoping to accomplish. He assured me he would address these issues and I would probably be on my way before the end of the day. Got a text four and half hours later bike was ready. I phoned and spoke with Mark who explained to me what he had done and reassured me it was all good.Have to confess, I wasn’t in the best frame of mind when I went there, didn’t expect anyone to really care about my issues, left with a bike better than new and a Tech willing to stand by his work and to “ call me if you have any problems”. The bill was a fraction of what I was expecting to pay given my previous experience at the other shop.Ben and Mark were great. People I can trust. I found my new bike shop.”
