Had a issue today pertaining to a radio install. The sales people screwd things up. Coat a week delay. Manager Daniel at mills civic came out and showed true customer service. Outstanding Actually.

Not the same Best Buy I used to love. Lots of empty shelves and barely any video games. Not much of a reason to go there anymore.
