Awful on-line buying experience. I ordered a microwave for pickup; at no point during the ordering process was I made aware that the item wouldn't be able to be picked up for 3 days. Ok, but then at the 3 day mark, they notified me that the item wouldn't be available for 3 weeks. Had they made me aware of this during the ordering process I wouldn't have wasted my time ordering from them. I cancelled the order and will take my business somewhere else in the future.

Ask for where products wanted, very helpful. Picked up the 2 items wanted and check out was easy and quick, cashier was pleasant, nice experience. Be back. Thanks.

Don’t buy anything in Best Buy. There’s no chance you can return the item if you miss place or lose your receipt.

Did my homework before I went into the store to purchase an ASUS portable laptop monitor and price match options. Found the one I wanted and went to the checkout. The guy at the counter confirmed they could price match. Showed him the Amazon price was $30.00 cheaper. Before he could ring it up a young girl walked up and said they wouldn't honor the price match since AMAZON didn't sell the product directly. WHAT DIFFERENCE WOUKD MAKE?! Another classic Best Buy Bait and switch Tatic. I left it on the counter and said thanks for the info I'll go ahead and buy it from Amazon. She seemed surprised that I wasn't going to buy i, like I was supposed to be okay with the higher price . Best Buy wonders why they are losing money and have had to close stores. They let me walk out on $180.00 sale because of $30.00. another reason many businesses are losing out to online shopping/AMAZON.

I know there is a shortage or people calling in at jobs now a days. But, at this store, if you decide to get a laptop or anything from that area(desktops, ipads, etc), you're going to wait a long time. And do your own research on what you want. When I went, the salesperson was not very helpful. They dont have many salespeople, and I guess the one helping me wanted to finish with me as soon as possible. They should give tickets to people waiting. that way, it's easier than going around trying to get help. So, be prepared to wait a long time and be patient. Eventually, you'll get someone who knows what they're selling. Other than that, this store is better than the one in Jordan Creek. Remember, patience

Best buy has really declined in the last couple of years. They do not have much inventory. Nearly everything I go there for, they have to order. Spoiler alert, I can order items from home.Customer service is mediocre at best. The store is not user friendly.

this was the worst customer service I have ever received. I waited all day for them to arrive with an appliance that had been gifted to me and they never came. I had confirmed the appointment using their appointment checklist and have many screenshots of the delivery window. They deleted my appointment without telling me. we never got an email or a call that the appointment was being rescheduled and when I called to discuss it they dropped the call and didn't call me back. I asked several times for a survey and they never sent me one. then they tried to blame us for not answering calls we never got. They never addressed making me wait at home for an entire day. Their response made it clear that they don't care. i won't be buying from them again and wouldn't recommend it unless you're doing delivery and installation yourself.

Best Buy is really stepping up their game! I was impressed with the selection of appliances and the stuff they had on clearance. This was definitely the best place to shop for last-minute gifts!

There were several employees walking around doing nothing. Someone told me to come back the next day at a specific time. When I finally got someone to talk to me about lens after waiting 40 minutes. It took them 15 minutes to find it. Out of the several people I talked to, only one, a blue haired trainee, was worth a damn.

Very sparsely stocked. Looked as if it as a day after a fire sale. Otherwise staff was courteous and helpful.
