It was Sunday, no time to get a new battery on Monday. Brett checked the battery, confirmed it was bad. The correct replacement was in stock. Brett changed it out in a matter of minutes, and we were on our way. This kind of professional, friendly customer service and efficiency are difficult to find these days. Thanks a million.

My husband and I were traveling in our RV from Wyoming to Michigan when we experienced a battery indicator light. This occurred 1 day after going to Grabers Diesel Repair in Cheyenne WY and spending $700 plus for a new alternator. Called auto zone and spoke with Travis who said to come in for a free diagnostic. He correctly diagnosed our problem (BAD ALTERNATOR FROM GRABERS) and assisted in getting us on our way back home. Such a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Manager who went out of his way to help us!! He turned a bad experience into a restoration of our faith in humanity!!

Thanks so much to Will for changing my battery! I'm on a tight work schedule with a full time and part time job. Start to finish bought the battery and after installation, 15 minutes later I was on the road again! Great service!
