“In world where car salesmen are dreaded by everyone, Kim is a savior. He is friendly and the nicest car salesman we have ever met. He helped us understand the various trims and helped us decide on what car do we want to get. We initially booked a gas one since hybrids were months away from delivery and three days later Kim called me asking if I was interested in a hybrid as someone who ordered previously declined to pick it up. Kim was amazing throughout the process. I mean where people are waiting for Hybrids for more than 6 months, Kim got me one in 4 days and with no markups. He is super friendly, gives you all the time and attention, doesn’t pushes you and is transparent about everything. If there was a feature he did not understand, he ensured to find people around who can help us understand the tech.”

“Great crew here, and I always see lots of smiles and staff getting along well. A smile on the front end goes a long way to ensuring a good experience. I had an experience here that justifies monthly unlimited washes I thought I would share since I was resistant to the idea myself.
I left one of my rear rugs here, probably right under the clip. I didn't notice it for a couple of days, then used a different location for a few visits, so by the time I got back, it was over a week. Then I forgot about it (I vacuum first), so by the time I get back and ask, it's been 2 weeks, and I have NO expectation of success.
She asks what it looks like. I say like this, only left-handed, showing her the remaining matt. Again, with a smile, she takes it and says, "Let's see," and disappears into the building. When she returned with my lonely, solitary matt, I wasn't even that bummed. She handed it back and said someone was still checking, then returned to attending other customers........
a moment passes
...lo and behold the door opens, music in the background. In slow motion, I see another employee step towards me, and the triumphant music gets louder. Now, in super-slowmo, slightly different angle, she smiles as the floor matt in her hand is revealed!! YES!!! Fireworks go off overhead! Balloons rise up into the perfect blue sky! Five F16 fighters jets fly overhead, one peeling off, then returning to formation representing the floor matt returning to the car. A spontaneous ovation erupts from the parking lot! A puppy licks a baby as confetti falls all around.
Still smiling, she confirmed it was mine. I thanked her, and she turned around and returned to work, disappearing back into the building like nothing happened.
I feel like that by itself paid for a couple of months.”
“This evening, I stopped by Mr. Car Wash to get a quick wash before the weekend. Makayla come out and talk to me at the vacuum station. I didn’t have a spot that I could get into, and she was super sweet about directing me where to go, as well as asking if I needed any help. She had an absolutely lovely demeanor, and great customer service. She also was inside of the car wash directing people where to go to get on the track to go through the line by the time I was done. I have been to multiple locations, Urbandale, West Des Moines, Waukee, as well as Ingersoll, and by far she is the nicest employee that I have encountered at this business. :):):)”

“Great Staff attitude no matter what the weather is in Iowa. My most recent interaction was with a gentleman who had the designation of a site manager. His name is Colton Gourley. Now listen up Mr. Carwash!, This young man was an absolute joy to work with regarding my membership concern for one of my vehicles which unfortunately was totaled recently. He treated me with the utmost respect and had the best demeanor and willingness to help. He understood the issue and fixed it by calling the Corporate customer service department immediately, explaining procedures and advising in the most professional way. I'm sure what this young man is doing in this role, is doing it very well. Absolutely much better than most adults would. I recommend him for an immediate promotion, a bonus and for Mr. Carwash looking into and helping this young man continuing to pursue his education. Here's an opportunity for Mr. Car wash to retain and encourage excellent talent like him so that he can grow into a leadership role and make your organization successful.
