I worked with Alonso and Natalie to get a new phone and retrieve my account, after my phone was stolen while traveling. They were EXCELLENT and I truly felt that they wanted to help me through what was a stressful situation. They not only addressed the issue at hand, but took extra time to improve my account to better meet my needs. I cannot share how much I appreciate the time and care they gave me.

Erica is such a sweet person. We switched our service to ATT and upgraded 4 phones and she made the process painless and easy. She even made sure all our apps and info transferred correctly to the new phones so we didn’t lose anything. She is extremely knowledgeable and found all the discounts we were eligible for. It was by far the best customer service I have experienced. The ATT service is also amazing you won’t be disappointed stop in and see Erica.

Don’t make an appointment. It doesn’t matter. They won’t ask you and immediately start helping the next walk in in like. I could clearly see I was #1 on the list for my 11am appointment.

Matthew and Natalie were very helpful in upgrading to new phones! We've had iPhone 11's for a few years now and wanted to upgrade to newer phones. We had complications at a few different stores before walking into AT&T an hour before close where Matthew was more than happy to offer us answers and assistance with our complicated transfers. The manager Natalie made sure we had everything we needed. We walked out happy!

I needed three iPhone 15 upgrades for my family. Natalie greeted us and was so helpful. She provided a seamless transition from our old phones to the new ones. Erica was there too. She was also so friendly and helpful. I recommend that everyone should visit them for assistance.

Best ATT experience ever! Entire staff was pleasant, patient and profesional. Erica and Tyler went out of their way to be helpful. Not only did they take care of the issue I went in for, they also took initiative to find several other cost saving solutions on my account. It truly was a unique and wonderful experience.

At the end of October, I took my daughter from Germany in to get a sim card and a plan for her 4 month stay. the manager helped us was so helpful. she covered everything we needed to know. she was able to navigate a phone in German without knowing German. The store seemed to work well as a team. This is our go to store for all our foreign exchange students phone needs.

My daughter upgraded to an S22 last January. A few days later a new promo came out for the S23. She hadn't activated or opened the S22 so she returned it to this store. They reversed the payment plan and tax she paid. They set up the new installment plan in the S23. Six plus months later we were billed $777 for a non returned phone(S22) I spent 25 hours trying to fix their issue. Natalie, a sales person at this store was helpful but could only do so much.Not once, did the manager at this store reach out to me to correct my bill. The S22 that was returned was not put back into inventory. It "disappeared" without a trace. I was told the manager that my daughter worked with and returned the phone to, is no longer there. I received constant calls from AT&T billing because my husband took off our autopay, we paid our monthly service fee minus the $777 that AT&T was trying to charge us for a phone THEY lost. Very poor customer service on a problem they caused.
