I just got back from Apple Store and I just want to say I don’t know the individuals name but she is blind and she has to be one of the smartest ladies I’ve ever met and she fix my phone less than 10 minutes. What a cool employee I love the Apple Store. They’ve always treated me nice good job to everybody I challenge people they want to go either buy a phone or get their phone fixed. That’s a place to go to. Thanks again.

???? No help at this place. They treat people so bad that I will never buy anything there again. Rude, disrespectful, very unfriendly. Was ready to spend $1200 for the phone, but I didn't because of the service and approach they did. ????

This location is an absolute joke. Never come into this area and go find somewhere else.The workers don’t understand half the devices they have on hand. Train your employees better. Ontop of that don’t tell me over the phone you understand what I’m talking about. Then whenever I drive 2 hours you all the sudden don’t understand.

I was helped right away by a guy named Bruce He was super friendly. He helped me choose a phone case and all that good stuff for my new phone. Never been to an Apple Store before but this one for me was 10/10.

Took my Mac book in for repairs the schedule greeter told me it would be 1hr 45 minutes before a tech could help me. As I looked around there wasn’t that many people in the store. Is Apple Store short on techs that can help people? I told the young lady that I could not wait that long and I would contact customer support. I suggest contacting customer support before or besides going to the store.

Friendly staff, great product. It is very clean and inviting with plenty of product to browse. The employees are all knowledgeable, and eager to help.

If you’re been in the Jordan Creek Mall, if you go downstairs to escalator to the right, you will see Apple Electronic Store on the left hand side. Apple Store fills with the latest electronic Apple products, from desktops, to laptops, from cellphones, to Apple Watch products, speakers, air buds, and etc. I’ve been in this store several times and with problems with one of our phone iCloud line. The staff is very helpful, very friendly environment and lots of this to look for. I recommend this store to everyone if you’re fan of Apple Electronics. This is one of those places, fun to visit.

Interesting that in Iowa, the Apple Store seems to attract what should be used car salesmen to their team. Could not get a straight answer out of anyone regarding the fact that you lose your Black Friday promo gift card if you do an exchange. I literally had to call Apple services 800 number to confirm what I said to the sales associate many many times over the course of a 20 minute discussion. He would not admit that this was the case, and instead launched into a ridiculous speech about “apples accounting procedures” to the point of exhaustion. My head was literally spinning that he would not simply explain that you do- in fact- lose the promotional credit when doing an exchange. The whole experience has turned me off to Apple completely. Please move back to a used car lot and make way for honest people to work here.
