Save your receipt! My daughter went to return a sweater that was unraveling, she'd worn it twice. She went to Arula and they didn't have anyone who could help her so they sent her to Altar'd State. No one at Altar'd State could help and they told her to call customer service. She did and they attempted to find her receipt. They could only find that she had purchased the same sweater in white. She never purchased that sweater in white, only in blue, which they had no record of. So customer service said they couldn't help her. She then went back to Arula to ask if anyone could help her and they still did not help her. She ended up throwing the sweater away in the mall. This process was ridiculous. The website says if you don't have a receipt they can help you, but they didn't at all. We have been to the store before and were told they take returns always and no receipt no problem. The sweater was marked as their sweater and it's one they still have in the store and they would not take it back.The quality of this sweater was not up to par. For the prices they charge the quality should be way better, and the hoops they made her jump through to not let her return it was so frustrating. Make sure you save your receipt because their records aren't accurate and they will be of no help.

I came in around 1 pm today. And I had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had while shopping. Today was my first day buying clothes for myself after having a baby. The two amazing ladies that were working gave me great advice, and picked out outfits they thought would look good! Today was the first time trying on clothes that I didn’t cry looking at myself in the mirror, I cried of happiness!!! Thank you SO much ladies. You have no idea how much today meant to meI’m very bad with names but I believe her name was Brooklyn, and she was just the best of the best

I love this store! Unfortunately a pair of bell bottoms I bought there I’ve only had for a year and 2 belt loops broke off and the inside seems we’re coming undone…:/ keep in mind I’ve only worn these a hand full of times. Not the stores fault more like the company!

I don't shop in here as I know this is a woman's shopping boutique but I must say you guys always have the most beautiful decorations especially in the glass case outside your store I always love to stop and look at the stuff you have in there

Lindsay the manager here is very rude and racist. She subcontracts people from a website called fieldnation and she doesn't pay for their services. They will not do anything about this don't even bother calling them. She is also dishonest and tells lies publicly.

I use to love this store. This was the one place I would go to treat myself once in a while. I decided to break out of my tight budget for my birthday and buy a few things. I used a card that normally carries a lower balance. I was surprised to find a week later they had charged me twice the same amount, 2 days apart. This put that card in the negative. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with that bank trying to fix the situation and avoid any fees. I had left a message for the store. When they finally called back she hadn’t even listened to my message. She said the system was down and they had to manually enter everything in. Over 600 people were double charged. I believe that as a customer there should have been a better system in place to make sure this didn’t happen. We also should have been notified. Instead of offering to rectify the situation I was told I’d get a call back. I never received one and now it’s the weekend. She laughed off the situation and offered an apology for the inconvenience. Inconvenience?! I’m a single mom on a budget and you just stole $120 and now that bank card is inactive and under investigation. I’ve had phone calls and now paper work to fill out. This is a massive inconvenience and recklessness on their end.
