I would like to thank Cherish for all her help.I mailed a package to Sparta,TN. It made it to that post office and they lost the package. Cherish kept emailing them and they finally found the package. Spartas Post Office kept telling the person I mailed it to they couldn’t find the package.It was delivered there on February 16 and the person finally received it on February 29. West Burlington employees are the best, if you have problem they always work with you to get the problem solved.

If my package is not delivered then do not say it was delivered it is not that hard I work 24/7 and I have people grab my packages but when it is 7 hrs late is a different story I know it can’t be that hard to do your job. Do better not the first time this happens either it happens every time. 0 stars

It is a cute small post office with a female postmaster. She was very patient and professional. The setup of the office and surrounding give a good and old day’s feeling.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. What a joke. I dropped off a package, said it would be shipped within 2-3 days, buyer never got it. I tried working with them to figure out what happened, because the info wasn’t even being updated in the system. They basically kept blowing us both off. I handed it in person to an employee. I can’t believe the way we’ve been treated. They also tried to say maybe it was a fraud deal. Which makes me 10x more mad. A lost package due to their negligence. Don’t go here for anything. Drive to another post office, it’ll be worth it and your package won’t get lost.

If I could rate USPS in general a 0 I would. It’s very rare that cards I send to my family in other states arrives there at all. I am trying to contact usps and I want to talk to a representative but all I am getting is automated prompts and I am not happy. My one nephews Christmas card with money disappeared but my other nephews card with money at the same house with the SAME address arrived.

Terrible customer service. Came in with a box of my own to ship and was told I could not ship with it bc it said priority on the box. So I went and turned the box inside out so it was plain cardboard on the outside and went back to ship it. Was told I still couldn’t ship it bc they would know it was a priority box by the way it looked. I would need to buy a box from them to ship it. Needless to say I will never be returning to this post office.
