My phone was comprised and I was unable to open it up. I took it to my West Burlington, IA store and a young man took it, waited for it to run out of charge, reset it to factory setting, pulled up my contacts, photos and Facebook for me! He was so kind and went way beyond to help me. I'm an eighty year old grandma and he treated me like family, although we don't know one another. What a wonderful employee you have in this young man! I will certainly be telling my friends what wonderful service you give to your customers!

Make sure to get an appointment before you go to the store. The person who checked me in was very rude when I asked a question about how long the wait was going to be. I realize the places of business are short staffed but please don't take it out on the customer.

They were fantastic! My elderly mother needed a phone and they were very kind and patient. They took time and explained everything. Highly recommend.

I waited an hour waiting on just the one guy in the store just for the girl to show up late to work and tell me that she doesn’t have access to the details of my bill and to call a number.

I'm not a US Cellular customer, but I provide some supervision for an adult who is. Her phone stopped working and she is on her brother's US Cellular account. He lives out-of-state. I made an appointment at the other US Cellular store in town but discovered they were temporarily closed. I went to the Mall without an appointment and was so impressed with the level of customer service that i will likely switch my service. They discovered that the phone was disconnected as a protection due to a potential phishing scam. Long story short, they were able solve the problem without any attempts to upsell or add services. AND they did so in a professional and friendly manner. Good service is everything!

Randi was awesome and gave excellent service getting me 4 phones hooked up in exceptional time. I have been to many us cellular locations and this one had the best customer service. I would highly recommend.

Jason P. at this location is phenomenal to work with. I always appreciate when I go in to the mall to get my US Cellular needs taking care of by any of the people who work here. There is almost never a wait and they get me what I need quick!
