New app you cannot even do transfers after banking hours!!! What’s the point in online banking if you can do nothing?!? You already have zero after support even for fraud! Will be closing my personal and business accounts ASAP

Customer service is terrible and they don't stand behind their promises posted on their website! They have no idea how to help prevent problems with HSA accounts and leave you out on your own to figure it out!
