I was recently in West Burlington Menards flooring department. I was trying to decide what would be best for a remodel project and was helped by James and Tracy. They answered all my questions and were respectful in doing so. I want to give these 2 a shoutout and let them know I will definitely be returning.

Had a great experience with Shelly in flooring! We called prior to our visit to make sure they had the flooring we needed in stock and she was super friendly. We got there and she assisted us personally and even offered to take one of our full carts up to the check out while we finished shopping. We made a long drive specifically for the flooring we needed from there and it was worth the drive with her there to help us out! Keep up the great customer service!

We always get paint here for great prices!! Today we found our elusive Sylvania dimmable bulb. A huge THANK YOU to TONY! It was the correct bulb! We will be back for the matching one.

Ordered cabinets/countertop. After ordering the counter top/sink, it took 3 weeks and didn’t get the color I asked for the sink. The cabinets were very cheaply made. Do not recommend for cabinets/countertops
