a one star review of this business is honestly to good the lady that answers the phone the owner mind you kris laveine is by far one of the worst people to interact with on the planet. She Breaks her word. She makes excuses like a child, and screams and shouts and degrades at any opportunity. Over the SEVEN years I was a customer she treated me like the trash they remove SOMETIMES. If you are reading this you are way better off paying twice as much to somebody else than have to deal with this lady, and i mean that wholeheartedly, but luckily i have done research for you and the other trash pickup in the area is actually cheaper and very friendly.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Always picked up our trash and when we had a lot and for that I am thankful for, but has the WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced in my entire life. The woman in the office is cold and extremely unprofessional. We were customers for 7 years and I will make sure to tell all my neighbors. Will be going to Floyd’s from now on. I was looking to use their service for the first time. I've never called or used their service before. The lady that answers the phone only by "Laviene" quietly , I say "hello", she screams "Laviene" twice in the most condescending way... that was enough for me - I will spend my money elsewhere, I hung up. Lucky they are not the only service in the area. I should have looked at the reviews first.

Work for a business that has been trying to get 1 out of 3 of their dumpsters replaced for quite a while now. They keep claiming they don't have one to replace the one we have that the bottom is all but falling out of. Guess their dumpsters are only available to new customers that they are trying to attract.We are currently looking for another service that actually values their current customers and doesn't force them to use dumpsters that barely have a bottom left in them.P.S. Yes, the lady who answers the phone is very rude. Just another reason why we are looking elsewhere.Service: Trash removal & disposal
