I bought a pair of shoes size 7 from the women's section.I get home and they're a children's size 7 so I try to return them.They said I could not return them so I tried to contact someone to discuss the issue and the manager was extremely rude to me. I used to shop here weekly won't anymore. Used to have such nice staff what a shame.

Always love shopping at goodwill. I found two brand new bags one purse and one makeup bag which is very big so it will hold my makeup brushes and cosmetics. It will be great for travel. The prices were great, I got both of them for under $9.00 and they were brand new. I feel they have good quality clothing and items. I've been going there since they opened in Burlington and when I lived in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Oregon, a Arizona. I genuinely believe they sell good quality, name brands, new, gently used, clothes and household items. I found a lot of this and in great working order and condition. But if not you can take it back anytime and exchange it or get your money back within a certain period of time so it's a great deal you're also putting people with special needs to work and that's a really great thing.

i was told i have 5 daysto return clothes and when i went in they said i couldnt and i spend a ton of money in there. i was treated like i was trying to scam them and the asst. manager treated me like i was lying. i will never spend a dime there again.

I always find such nice clothes, and neat little knick knacks. I've donated many items to Goodwill. I love to shop there and always round out my balance to an even number to help out. Employees are always friendly. I'm also the frequent buyer of all or any Iowa Hawkeye shirts I find.
