“I purchased a Speed Queen washer from them in July of 2023. I went into the store knowing I wanted to purchase a washer and wanted the Speed Queen brand. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and personally walked back to the appliances where Sherri Hora showed me the models available and explained the differences between them. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and a great help in selecting a model and completing the purchase. We had a fast delivery and install within a couple of days. My Husband was home when they delivered and he said they were professional and knowledgeable in explaining the model to him after install. They even hauled our old model away. They were in and out in under 15 minutes. We have not had a single issue with the machine since purchase, it was worth every dollar. Gets everything clean the first time and does so quickly, which is a huge perk with two littles that quickly add to the laundry load each week. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to work with a local business that is knowledgeable, honest and professional. Great team to work with!”

“I have done business with this establishment 3 times now and the only issue I've had was the longevity of a used refrigerator which was no fault of theirs. They extended me credit on my first purchase with no credit check and we're very accommodating. They have a decent selection of appliances both new and used and I was very impressed with the overall quality and price of a 'scratch and dent' fridge that my landlady purchased to replace the used one. Their price was $400 less than MSRP and the only issue was a small blemish on the front and a minor dent in the side which, when installed wasn't even visible. I am quite satisfied with my new Frigidaire over/under refrigerator and my overall experience with Burns and Sons. Definitely recommended.”
