I purchased a vehicle from out of state. Purchase price was as stated, no games were played on incentives and rebates. What they said was the price. Smooth transaction, they met me halfway to exchange vehicles which was a plus. Overall it was a great experience.

We bought a jeep patriot from browns in west branch and when it broke down today customer service was not satisfactory. We've had it about 2 months. We drove it home at 40 miles an hour. We're fixing it ourselves. So " servicing your vehicle is our top priority " .is not accurate.

Drove from the Quad Cities in search of a particular auto. Left feeling like I got a fair deal on a very clean vehicle. Alex and Trent made everything a seamless process and had me in and out in no time at all. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Edit: I’ve now been called 2 days after vehicle purchase to be told that my previous loan payoff was not added to my paperwork. This is causing a $2000 clerical error and my new payment to go up and taking up my time to do so. The dealership attempted to send someone to my home to sign paperwork that no one had gone over the financials with me. Absolutely shocked on how this ball has been dropped.
Edit 8/1: I’m now being called two weeks later to sign another piece of missing paperwork. This is absolutely absurd.

Matt and Trent were fantastic and worked with me on my budget. Looking back I wish I had went with my gut and pursued the SAS package but overall the experience was very good. I would highly recommend this dealership because it was very relaxed with no pressure, which as a first time new car buyer I appreciated very much!

I have been purchasing cars from West Branch Ford, now Brown's, for many years. I also have exclusively had my vehicles serviced at Brown's. You don't keep coming back to a business if you are not extremely happy with the people and service.

In all my car buying experiences over the past 86 years this was one of the easiest. No pressure, gave me a honest appraisal got my trade in. We didn’t quibble about anything, paperwork was completed and I was on my way in a short time with a tank of gas.
