“Took a friend's neighbor's old barn cat in b/c she had a wound on her head that would not heal (and she was rough all around). My first visit was A+. Jeannette, who got us in next-day (drop-off to work into Dr. Larson's day), was great, and Dr. Larson understood exactly what was needed--address the cat's immediate issues in a streamlined way, and, if situation/time/money allowed in the future, adjust her circumstances (wet food, sustained flea/tick meds, etc.). GREAT communicator. Left a detailed voicemail for me. Covered all bases. Came out to speak with me as I was checking out. He and his team even brushed the old cat, who had mats along her spine. I'm hard to please, and I was very gratified by how the old cat and I were treated.”
“I would always recommend Bright Eyes. I have taken my cat here since 2020. I rescued my cat from a shelter and took her here for exams, emergencies, and teeth cleaning/extraction. Each time I had a positive experience. It is nice having them specialize in emergencies too as Pumpkin is a regular patient so they have all her records. My dog Gunner (german shepherd) is also a patient here. He has anxiety going to the vet and they are very kind and patient with him. I trust them with Gunner and Pumpkin.”
