I've seen other high reviews here. All I can do is report on my experience. Its been a nightmare. The owner Ed Montag is very rude if confronted with sub standard service. Visited 3 weeks ago with a classic 62 mercury. Was looking at a 60s era Tbird on their lot. He noticed a small intake manifold leak and said he "cut his teeth" on 60s cars and could repair for around $250. Long story short he didn't stand behind his work. Charged 350 doing extra work i told him not to do. Broke my heater core. I paid the 100 extra and offered to pay for a new heater if he'd provide installation. He called me a "con man and hung up on me banning me from his lot. I'd heard he was an OK mechanic but poor business man from others in the community and now I know for sure. All this after I had purchased a brand new truck from him 3 months ago. Need some Dale Carnegie lessons??

Just bought a 2013 raptor here a few weeks back and couldn't be happier with my buying experience. Scott was an awesome salesman to deal with, and don't like dealing with salesmen even. I'd rate him very highly and will be asking for him by name next time.
