Put in a "find my package" request. Recieved a call from a Reo at Webster City Post Office who described label errors on my package and vehemently insisted "i will not be receiving this package" and I asked her if I could just pick it up to which she said it was too late. Called back 10 min later and got a different rep who i gave the tracking info to who was miraculously able to find my package and had it on hand so I could pick it up. The first rep was snarky and combative. If at first you dont succeed, call back and get a competent rather than combatant Rep.
