Had tire issues and Tony's was recommended by the truck stop I was at. When his guy pulled up it appeared he was going to help me. A kind local gentleman had taken my ture and was repairing it. I only wanted them to hook up my vehicle and set it in the parking lot so I had a flat surface to get the tire on. The tow truck driver sat in his truck for a while and then refused to help and told me to drive it into the lot (risking damage to my wheel) and then he drove off. Couldn't help but notice that when my adopted son who is African-American and his friend came out of the truck stop is when his attitude seemed to change. I called the office to try and see if they'd be coming back, the person that answered belittled me and called me names. I did end up back on the road, but no thanks to Tony's.

Had a wheel bearing failure on my loaded trailer these guys were on the ball getting me trans loaded and back to their shop and back on the road in a timely fashion. Also Tony is a car guy which I also found pretty cool. Overall I had a great experience with these guys and will gladly recommend them to anyone in need of any help in the northwest Iowa vicinity

Was lucky enough to experience my 10 ply tire blowing on my trailer today, then my spare decided to blow as well. At 8:47 p.m. I was able to make a phone call for service and keep on getting down the road to meet my deadline. A big thank you to Tony's tire truck and towing. I appreciate you. Wonderful professional staff and quick service.

We hit something on highway 20 with our two little girls in the truck. We were losing air quickly from our truck tire. We lucked out and pulled off the highway and saw the sign for Tony’s. They got our truck into the shop, repaired our tire, and had us back on the road in less than 25 minutes! So grateful for their prompt and professional service.

Very good place as a flat tire after hours and they went to change it they charge you for after hours but I don't have to wait to long for my tire change

Blowed a drive tire out on I35 today and called Tony’s for a replacement. After giving them all my info and what type of tire I was wanting, was told it would be about 1.5hrs wait. Their service guy showed up on time, with the tire I asked for and the service guy was very pleasant and got me back out rolling quickly. Just wanted to make sure they know how much I appreciated them and to say thanks. ?Service: Tire change

IF YOUR A TRUCK DRIVER, DON'T GET NEAR THESE PEOPLE!! I pulled into loves on 6-6-23 at about 1:00am. Was going to wait until morning to get a trailer tire fixed. Unfortunately, my peterbuilt 579 just suddenly died. Fuel Guage showed it had between 1/4 and 1/2 tank of fuel. The next morning loves changed the filters and added some fuel but it still wouldn't prime back up after changing the filters. I personally never looked in the tanks I just took the guys at loves word for it that it had enough to prime back up. So I called this company to come take a look at it. I was inside the store when the mechanic showed up. He called me on the phone and asked how much fuel I wanted him to put in it? I said I wasn't sure, did it need some. He was extremely rude during his next comments so I told him I was on my way. I got there and he was ready to start pumping fuel but I said hold on, how much is your fuel? He said it's 6.00 a gallon how much you want? I told him I didn't want any. I told him the guys at loves obviously had not put enough in it and that apparently my Guage was malfunctioning. I asked what I owed him. He charged me 350.00 for driving up and shining his flashlight down in my tank. I swear he done nothing!! The guy from loves brought me 15 gallons of fuel at NO CHARGE and primed the truck while this guy set on his ass and watched. He literally done NOTHING! So when I refused to pay 350.00 he called the police which was fine. As it turns out, the state trooper was very familiar with this company and their business practices! The trooper explained I would have to pay the bill but I could file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Lol then the guy charged 3.8% more because I used a card to pay him! These guys are nothing but rude unprofessional crooks! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!\n
