Current patient here. The staff is all very kind to me no issues there but i have diverticulitis with a perforated bowl, hernia issues, bladder pain and severe back pain and never leave this place with anything i didn't have coming in medication wise. I don't feel like Dr. Olrich understands the pain associated with this disease or this facility cares about pain management period. Doctors have a bad rap for prescribing pain meds to people who DO NOT need them but also NOT giving it to the patients who actually DO, there is a huge article about it you can google and a lot are under fire for it. I asked for muscle relaxers so i can stop taking percocet, guess the muscle relaxer was "too dangerous" for me on my current medications but A+ for percocet! None of this makes much sense to me. Asked for a 2nd oppinion and was told NO lmao. Doubt i will be going here much longer

Dr. Jill goes above and beyond for her patient's. Jill stayed in the office after hours on a Saturday to find out and let me know my test results. It's nice to know that you have a caring doctor in your corner.

They refused to take me all because im new. Not sure what that has to do with anything, but discrimination. Lady was very rude with me and didnt let me talk. Not sure how they're a clinic if they wont help anyone?♀️ bunch of pukes if you ask me

This clinic has been great help to me for a long while. Back a couple years ago I broke my hand and I decided to go to McFarland Clinic for help after I had my initial cast done at VanDiest Medical Center. It was super easy to set up an appointment and several checkups, and they even set up appointments to larger hospitals outside of town to help more with my cast. This clinic also is a great place to get medical checkups and sports physicals. In many cases I was able to walk in and get an appointment same day. Overall I do believe that this clinic does deserve a great rating, it is a really good place to go for a lot of health needs. It is also affordable and very easy to set up appointments with. Frankly speaking it is the best clinic someone could ask for and I wish I could give it a higher rating.

I would give less than one star if it would let me. My 80 year old mother went into your clinic today and Jessica succeeded in making her cry. After a stroke and heart attack ,my mother has continued to go to Webster City MFarland Clinic. After finally succeeding in making an appointment due to the fact that she is in need of medication crucial to her well being. Usually she sees Sheila Bryan but today she was only able to get into see Dr. Olerich. Jessica took her back into an examination room and decided to rip her a new one on the procedure to getting medication. After finally making this 80 year old widow cry, she left her in the room, and as punishment for her evidently not understanding the "rules" , for an unreasonable amount of time. My mother left the office in tears to drive herself home. I think what upsets me the most (and let me tell you I am extremely upset right now) no one bothered to call and find out why she had left and if she was ok. SHAME ON YOU JESSICA!!!! I HOPE THAT NO ONE EVER TREATS ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY THE WAY THAT YOU TREATED MY MOTHER!!!!!!
