Please do not insist on over talking other employees on the phone. You doing so implies they are incompetent. The employee I was speaking with was communicating just fine without all of the interruption from the side lines.

The pharmacy technicians are very rude and disrespectful. They are loud about talking to you about your medications. They think they know everything about the medications and don’t listen. The pharmacy says medications will be ready in 2 hours and when I come 6 plus hours later they don’t think they can get it done before close and have’t even started it. I wish there was more choices in Webster City for medications.

I love Hy-Vee as a chain but this particular location has terrible customer service. We ordered breakfast for pick up and the kid at the counter seemed a little stoned. I said I was there for pick up and he didn't confirm the order with me or anything. I gave my name because he didn't ask for it. The staff will get to know you. The drive-in window is convenient. And you earn discounts on gasoline for having your prescriptions filled.
