Store is great except for the meat department. The meat manager really needs to rethink customer service, until then I'll continue to buy meat at the fareway in Eagle Grove or Hyvee

Its a decent store. Its kind of small, but usually not crowded and more friendly than Hy Vee. There are the typical self check out lanes as well as adequately staffed check out lanes with baggers, which also help you carry your groceries to your vehicle, if you want the help.

Overall, this is a great grocery store. Prices seem to be better than Hyvee and the staff is really friendly. One thing that is consistently disappointing is that the deli staff often doesn't use gloves when handing food. We sometimes get lunch meat here and most of the time they simply grab the ham with a bare hand and use the slicer without gloves. Definitely makes me skip out on the lunch meat that time around.
