The Webster City, Iowa store was recently "remodeled". The floor tiles were patched in, replaced missing ceiling tiles, roof still leaking though, one entry door blocked, the other has broken glass. They're adding more refrigerator cases and a small fresh food area. Basically a bandaid on an old building. What a waste of time and money!! Other towns, some smaller than Webster City, have new stores. We need that now!!!

Employees working 10-13-2023 are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional toward customers. Where is the quality leadership? Employees should not engage in an argument nor make smart remarks to a customer. The store is an absolute disaster with water leaking allover the store everytime it rains. Aisles are blocked by buckets to catch rain along with store merchandise that hasn't been put away on shelves. The doors in/out of the store are also in sad shape. One door has broken glass, and the other door is locked leaving the broken door as the only entrance/exit.

Employees are very personable and helpful but the store (property) are a disaster!! Have to move ladders and boxes out of the way to get thru the aisles or to get what you want off the shelves.

I hope that some workers there will improve their attitudes because then they don't even feel like going shopping. I don't have problems with the products, but I do have some workers who should treat their customers better, especially a woman who is on shift. late.

This location is a complete train wreck. Get with it management, less chatting and more putting product away, I would suggest.

They have two young guys on second shift who still seems to be adjusting..But still are very Friendly with big smiles..And willing to a yard or two to help find things.. I think one of them is a outer Towner and the other I seen before working Hyvee

The parking is horrible after you drive though the maze of cars parked everywhere you run the chance of getting blocked in while your in the store
