First time visiting Joe's Knight Hawk. As a person whose worked in resturaunts and has family who owns many in the big city I understand how much top service is priority.

Probably the best chicken wings in Iowa. Crisp, flavorful and served steaming hot by friendly staff. The beer is also ice cold and the prices are very reasonable.

owner is very rude doesn't listen to staff or customers the first rule of customer service is the customer is always right
